Low upfront cost options for startups
Early-stage businesses often need to manage cash carefully. HEKA offers flexible project structures, including smaller paid development stages and, for selected projects, reduced upfront consulting fees with a negotiated per-unit royalty or other commercial arrangement.
These options are assessed case by case based on technical feasibility, project scope and commercial potential. Any royalties, minimum payments, milestones and intellectual-property terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Reduced-upfront-cost arrangements are not guaranteed for every project.
Your product. Your formula.
You can own your chemical formulation outright. HEKA offers development arrangements that transfer ownership of the agreed project formulation to your business, giving you the freedom to choose a manufacturer and control your supply chain. The ownership terms are clearly documented in the consulting agreement.
Alternative licensing or royalty-based arrangements are also available where they make commercial sense and both parties agree.
Start small, scale when ready
Not every startup needs a complete product range on day one. We can begin with a technical assessment or a focused prototype, then expand into optimisation, validation, raw-material sourcing and production planning as your business progresses.
